Most trauma centers I came across in my own healing journey focused only on helping people cope with post-traumatic symptoms. But coping wasn’t enough for me — and I don’t believe it’s enough for you either. I wanted more than just relief. I wanted a real change. I wanted my life back — with joy, excitement, fulfillment, and meaning. That’s why I created the Center for Post-Traumatic Growth.

 

My approach is different. It’s holistic and results-driven, combining three key stages: past, present, and future. First, we work together to process the trauma and change the way your nervous system automatically responds to triggers. Then, we build the emotional tools you need to function at your best and move forward. And finally, we create a powerful future vision and a clear plan to help you reach it — so you don’t just survive trauma, but truly grow from it.

 

I didn’t come to this work just through textbooks. I came to it through life. As a child, I suffered years of relentless bullying that left deep scars. Later, during my service as a combat soldier, I was seriously wounded and lost my entire squad in a military operation. These experiences shattered me — and sent me on a long journey through different types of therapy. Over time, I realized that most methods either focused on the trauma itself or gave short-term tools to manage symptoms. But what I really needed was a process to help me rebuild my life.

What should you expect from the program?

It's simple. Once enrolling in the program you will get access to a calendar where you can book your 12 weekly meetings with your trauma breakthrough trainer once a week. During your first 1X1 session, your trainer will show you how to get access to all of the self guided online trauma healing programs, and define with you exactly what trauma healing looks like for you. 

In your next session, your trauma breakthrough trainer will break down exactly what must happen for you to achieve the trauma healing you defined in the earlier session.

From your 3rd session, your trauma breakthrough trainer will guide you deep therapeutic processes that will help you achieve what you defined as trauma healing. 

 

During your 1X1 session, you will have the choice of going through the self guided online trauma healing programs. these programs can help you achieve greater results much faster.

 

Even through this program has self guided aspects to it, THIS IS NOT A SELF GUIDED PROCESS. DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL TRAUMA BREAKTHROUGH TRAINER, FOR 1X1 MEETINGS. YOUR TRAUMA BREAKTHROUGH TRAINER WILL GUIDE AND WALK WITH YOU DURING YOUR ENTIRE TRAUMA HEALING PROCESS.
